Hi, i send a parcel on Monday 20/4/2020 from Penang ( Penaga), it was shipped out on the same day and was stcuk in consigment hub KLIA since 22/4/2020!!! today is 24/4/2020, and the delivery status is still at KLIA consigment hub! Please be efficient and settle this. we have trust and we paid for the service! please be more responsible and reliable! Its urgent !!!!
