Wrongly charged rm10 for faulty komuter scanning machine

Officer at komuter Kajang updated me that l will be charged rm10 because i did not touch out during my trip back in may, seriously how do i even get out of the station if i didn't do it. This is seriously bad, rm10 are huge amount for some people, and we have to pay for it even though it is not out mistake is
