Whenever I go to Kool Smiles the person at the desk always has to call someone else to help her with checking me in. I was told that I need to pay a co-pay at this visit. I told her I had already paid it at my last visit which was 3 months prior. She said she did not see it in the system. She than said if I did not do a co-payment that day I would have to be rescheduled. She assured me if there was an error that a reimbursement would be made to me in about 7-10 days. That was over a month ago. When I called them I got the run around and was finally told. My insurance was not billed for some of my services and that they would not release my money until that was settled. What a crock. Its theft. Its not my problem if they did not handle their business my money was taken under false pretense. They are incompetent and should not have people there that can not run their office. They can employ me as far as that. I will get my x-rays and find another dentist to go to for me and my son. I don't have to get burned twice. Its not the money its the principal of this matter. Poor poor customer service.
