Store preference online change errors
We have moved & have been trying to change store preference online at your Pick N Save website. The website has updated the address & also the preferred store; HOWEVER, for pickup locations, it repeatedly shows only stores in other parts of state, miles away. We have been trying to change the pickup location since APRIL 29th! We can only do Pickup at this time, THEREFORE we have been unable to purchase groceries. Your Customer Service Dept, Quick-list, as well as Manager, have been less than NO HELP, basically saying that there is nothing they can do ("not my dept", "cant fix website"). Beyond outrageous!!!!! We are now reaching out to Kroger Corp. What will you do to fix your website errors? Many, many of your customers are now watching. Please contact us at
