Sir,
While attempting to book for volvo ticket to Coimbatore from Kollam in Kerala RTC on 19/08/16 at 2.13 pm and 2.16 pm Rs 518/- was deducted twice from my axis bank account. But no reservation could be done. My enquiries with the KSRTC Office no 9447570203 reveals that the money may not have been deducted without a reservation but actually no reservation was done.
Following is the proof of deduction done by KSRTC.
