Refund of ETS Ticket

ETS - Refund

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased ETS ticket via KTMB Mobile App on 6.7.2019. The bank transaction to buy ETS ticket was successful.

I was charged by the bank but there were no any tickets/reference ID/history on your user report.

No choice but I have to repurchase another ticket. Therefore, I would like to seek for full refund.

Below are the details of the purchased ticket and transaction:

Ticket date: 6.7.2019
Departure time: 8.35 a.m.
From: KL sentral to Ipoh
No. of tickets: 1

Bad behaviours of KTM commuters

To the Officer who incharge

I was travelling from JB to Sgp by the 8.45am 07/07/2018 (Sat) train onboard of the train carriage coach number 4 there are one group of standing passangers standing near to the exit door way was misbehaving themselves by locking up the train door from the inside and from there I heard angry commuters keep banging on the train exit door very loudly and further more keep shouting from outside but this group of people indside who locked the train door from the inside was not doing anything due to their selfishness n misbehave in the public which they have created an unpleasant feeling for other commuters in the train as well.
Besides I would wish that the KTM management office will take action to discipline or catch n fine them on this kind of unruly behaviour commuters that they have created nusiance and painted they themselves with ulgly images for other commuters travelling on the same train! The best solution if they are caught with warning served to them and still misbehave is to ban them from travelling on KTM!

Internal server error in E ticket purchase after payment done successful.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have made a KTM ticket reservation via KTMBMOBILE E-ticket system on 2017-11-05 around 8.35am to booking 04/12/17 5.30am from JB Sentral to Singapore Woodland CIQ.

The Public bank (PB Day2Day DR VISA484810004892XXXX) payment successful and deducted my bank account on 30/08/16 via iPay88 (Transaction ID :T129953890200) , but KTM E-ticket system no transaction show and i didn't get any reference no or ticket no for this transaction in KTM E-ticket system.

Kindly please refund for total amount RM 5 to me.

DELAYED SERVICE AND UNJUSTIFIED CHARGE.

To whom it may concern;
25/10/17 between 3.30 & 4 pm, I was at the Sg Buloh KTM station waiting for the train to Perlabuhan Klang. I was almost an hour late. The train schedule admended twice.
I have decided to launch an inquiry about the tardiness.
To my surprise I was charge RM10, upon exiting the gate.
So, instead of complaining about the punctuality of the schedule, I insisted a refund.
I had to admit that the staff has to go through intensive PR training. He was absolutely, not interested about my matter.
He repeatedly and insisted told me that I should go to Sentral KL station to make a formal complain over the matter.
I was already late for my appointment and he wasn't helpful at all to reimburse my claim.
Can you please justify my claim? And please do not allow such nonsense to repeat in future.

Please be informed that I had purchased one way tickets via intranet but no ticket is shown up in the system. After i done my payment through Maybank2u then if back to KTM page mean there is no ticket shown. After that i try to call KTM call service center, few times continuous still no operator pick up the call and it said busy and busy.

Hope the related department will reply soon and i hope i can get my refund back.

Please be informed that I had purchased one way tickets via intranet to Ipoh, after i done the payment, the payment was successful then in KTM ETS page it showed error and there is no more ticket that i booked. after this i try to call KTM call service center few times it tells busy!!!!

Payment Done but Transaction Error

Dear Sirs,

I made a purchase via KTMB online for ETS service from KL Sentral to Butterworth on 4th Nov 2016 ( Travel Date )

Payment transaction shows successful and I was being charged by the bank for RM61. However, after the payment successful donw , the KTMB online system show Transaction Error. There is no transaction history found in the main page and it shown data is not found.

Below are the bank ref of proof of payment for your reference and refund.
