KTM 450 sxf

bought a new KTM 450 sxf from a dealer in South Africa, at lets call it 7 hours the intake rocker arm head broke off and damaged the camshaft.
parts were replaced and bike fixed, at 46 hours the same problem again, intake rocker arm and camshaft.
i cannot at every +- 30 hours replace these parts?
something is not right, this is not the first time i have heard of this problem must be a factory fault.
every ktm shop other brand of bike or mechanic i have spoken to said the same thing, i should not go through these parts in the time, let alone 2 sets of these parts. KTM says contact your dealer, this is not helping . i have lost my confidence in KTM as a brand,
and lost my confidence in my own bike its like riding a time bomb waiting to Blow.

engine problem

i bought a new duke 250 just 4 month ago,,but i heard the engine noise ,i change the valve but the noise is increased..i don’t know y this happen....i complaint in showroom but there is no response...now i’m feeling for buying this brand bike😢😢hereafter i never told ktm bike is a superbike, itz worthless,,my money is gone 😪

sudden off during driving

Dear sir, i have KTM (model rc 200) during my ride i have a sudden issues, i contact KTM- Sungam showroom but they shouldn't check properly, more than five times i have given for service but the same issue is their, each and every time they collect the service cash but there is no good service. Every time i got disappointed by their service. so kindly see my issues and should done properly next service.

delivery of product

i own a duke (MP09qn8001)
it met wit an accident so i ordered some of its parts costing 11k. fromlast 25 days the showroom persons keep repeating that product are now not available you will get it with in 2 days or 3days but upto now no response not picking up the calls please help me!
or i will take a further action

bad service

I am KTM Duke 200 (KL 61 B 7680) owner. I did the services correctly as kilometer base. But yesterday I was going to Kottayam and my bike suddenly stopped and displayed that high coolant temperature. My Duke is now in Kottayam showroom. What can I do? How it happen to a bike which did all services properly. I trust KTM, don't spoil my trust ..I need compensation..If you are not willing to hear my complaint,I will force to do further actions..waiting for your response.

Repeated damage 3rd time clutch plate and assembly in just 28 days in less then 4000 km

RC No. GJ 16 CF 2222

Bike delivered on 22.08.2017
(1) Clutch plate and assembly damage first time in 24 days within 1000 km. Replaced by service center .Date 15.09.2017
(2) Clutch plate and assembly damage second time in 28 days within 4000 km. It took one month to replace the assembly stating that spare parts are not available due to lack of supply from company.(Date: 13.10.2017 to 14.11.2017)
(3) Clutch Plate and assembly damage for third time in 1 day within 4000 km (15.11.2017)

On the day of delivery i.e., 15.11.2017, while checking the bike at ankleshwar service center, it was observed that

(a)Caution indicator shows 'Low Oil Pressure'
(b)Engine making noise.

We have requested your ankleshwar service center to replace new engine which he denied.
Your mechanical engineer Mr. Masuk Patel (Mobile : 7874579888) has admitted that this is a manufacturing fault. However, agreed to replace the internal parts of engine but not in our presents.

Considering this bike as manufacturing fault, I demand for a Brand New Bike (RC390) or refund my money.

No Feedback, empty promises

This year in Feb 2017, I purchased a KTM 250 - 2015 four stroke from the dealer ship in PE walmer area as before I had a Yamaha WR. I love the bike but have also had great interest in the new KTM 150 Enduro spec bike or something similar to the cc class.

I have request at least three times with the dealership to arrange a test ride, each time I am promised the bike is on its way or the salesman will get back to me.....nothing comes of it...KTM is an excellent bike but Yamaha have woken up and their bikes are also now staring to meet Enduro Spec, I spoke to a salesman at Yamaha showed greater interest in helping me.

I don't expect to be put a golden pedestal, but would be great if a bit better customer service was taken into account.

Bad service

Recently I've been communicating with Ultimate Performance in Centurion and unfortunately the bad service is continuing at KTM. I would like to know who can help me.

I simply want to order two parts and have sent many emails with either no response or no proper typed quote with banking details. Next step, phoning and asking kindly about the emails. There are a lot of excuses and empty promises.
After every email or phone call I wait for a response a day or two with no avail.
What do I have to do just to get a quote from a dealership to do the payment and for them to order the item?

Im really trying to stay calm but this is absolutely rediculis.

Customer service

I wonder if anyone will read this and actually take it seriously? Please get in contact with me to convince me otherwise.
As owner of a KTM 690 Duke 2012 model I regret saying that it is the worst bike ever and only because of the repeatable bad service at the KTM/Honda dealerships.
The bike rides wonderfully and preforms great, just too bad the bike is only as good as the dealer. Saying so, we have to remember that any bike or car purchased is not only a product being sold to a customer but it is a service and a relationship that goes part with it.

My experience with most of the KTM/Honda dealerships in South Africa Limpopo and Mpumalanga province is of such nature that I am embarrassed of owning a KTM and considering selling it period.

I hope this message will reach someone that can resolve this matter and I will take this further.
If anyone can help me with more direct contact details of KTM I will appreciate it.
