KTM Rude Employee

This morning when the ktm token was stuck, this one employee that settles the token keep insulting and public shame people. And while he was doing that, another customer was asking him gently, he can simply SHOUT at him saying "CAN'T YOU SEE, I AM SPEAKING?!"

Very bad service. I wish KTM can fire that idiot guy.
He is male, probably indian muslim/indian/malay quite young looking guy.
At 31 October 2016, time 9:28 a.m, KL Sentral at Route Klang to Sungai Buloh.
Hei, kau kerja tukang kutip token je. Takyah nak ego. Bodoh.
