I would like to make an official complaints against the shutter bus provided bewteen KTM Sentul and KL Sentral.

It was a peak hour where most of the people was off duty and rush to the station jus to take the shutter to Sentul KTM station. In shock there is no bus at all ready to pickup passanger where it suppose to be.

Imagine the queue is from one end to another end , with more than 150 passangers are awaiting the shutter service.

Please looked into this seriously, be in ur service attitutes or ur consistency in servicing public.

Trust me, when times comes, we will go to ur rival as most of them are in expanding their service level.

It was a sick when thete is no shutter bus ready for passangers during peak hour where it suppose to be, not even 1 bus to be there ready to pickup passanger frn KL Sentral to KTM Sentul as usual. The queue was from one end to another end.

Please looked into your service attitude and consistency seriously, dun play around with ur customers that feed u up..
