Good day! I would like to know your opinion regarding my concern.
My wife and my daughter came here in Malaysia from Philippines for a visit last July 6, 2017.
They came here to visit me since I am working here in PECMY Kulim as Shift Maintenance Engineer.
Last July 6 when they queued at Immigration, the Immigration Officer asked them why their RETURN TICKET will be AUGUST 5, 2017 which means they will be staying for 31 days since July month has 31 days.
The Immigration Officer advised them to have them RETURN to Philippines by August 4, 2017 and stamped on their Passport.
I already booked their tickets last June 2017. I wrongly calculate the number of days because I thought July month will be until July 30 only. So I booked them from July 6 to Aug.5.
Would this be punishable if they go back by August 5 or I need to book for them for August 4?
But I don't have money anymore to buy new tickets.
Please advise me. I am very much worried.

They have been coming in Malaysia for more than a year ago every time using new passport at few months interval to avoid immigration detection.
They normally travel to Penang by road upon arrival and spend around one month there or just before they tourist visa expiry. And they usually obtained the visa renewal easily by travel to the nearest Thai border to get extension either on the same day or overnight stay.

This will no doubt create a lot of social problems and shall be blocked from entering into wonderful Malaysia.

He is now in DETENTION process as informed.
Today it's 6/5/17. It is my humble request to authority to let me know when and by which flight we can expect him.
If possible as a humanity please please allow him to contact his family as his wife is in very depression and his 9yr old kid has stop eating.

The male immigration officer in his late 40s or early 50s attending to me while I was looking at another direction to my husband who was being attended to at the next counter. Suddenly the male officer in a rough tone said 'HELLO' and 'tengok kamera la, buat apa tengok kat sana, kalau nak, queue kat sana la!' As an mature officer, he should have just explained the process, by simply saying 'face the camera please ma'am'

I was taken aback by his rudeness although I reacted in a humble manner as I thought being friendly & humble is best to describe our Malaysian culture.

Please look into this complaint seriously before it gets uglier.

this is he 1st time visit to malaysian,but the Malaysian Immigration ask him to pay for RM3500 for yellow form...if not pay they cannot let him to pass...and him want to take him beg to pay,but the Malaysian Immigration no allow so how him want to pay???

This is mahendran ([email protected] ) from India. I’m working in Malaysia for the past 8 years. I got work permit in Malaysia and my wife is staying with me. She is holding dependent Visa. My Mother in law Mrs Kala Rani Viswanathan had arrived at KLIA airport at 05 pm (07/05/2016). She came here to visit us. She got valid multiple entry Visa but the Malaysian Immigration ask her to go back India. When I asked them what was the reason, they said she don’t have enough money to stay in Malaysia for 30 days. I told them she is going to stay in my house and I will be the sponsor for her. Infact she got little money. They said I have to appeal to Immigration office on Monday (09/05/2016). I asked where she stayed until Monday. They said they will take care. They asked me to book the return ticket for her and send email. Her original return ticket which is on June 04th 2016 but it is from different airport KLIA 2. So I cannot change return her original flight ticket. No ticket available on 07/04/2016 too. So I booked ticket on 08/05/2016 morning and send them email to [email protected]. So far they didn’t reply me back anything or contacted me.
