Failed to deliver cash order
My name is Outule Dilotlego, my id number is 283825406 from Botswana. I ordered a Kundi blanket in cash price i deposited the money at FNB on the 7th of May and i did not receive the order till the date. I tried everything i can to send mails and call your office but no one is willing to help me. I wonder what kind of service you offer as a big company like homechoice, really you have a poor service attadence your staff cares only about customers placing orders when it comes to customer assistant is a disaster. I spend a lot of money trying to get assistant in which I will hold the line for 2hrs waiting to be transferred to a relevant person.
Please try upgrade your standard when it comes to customer assistance.
