I worked for a company called LPK ISIVUNO at Impala 12 shaft from 05/01/2021 to 22/04/2021 but was not paid my full salarie even for my last months working of April 2021 was just given payslip with no money in my bank account till to date 05/10/2022.
I took the matter to CCMA and was told the case is beyond their jurisdiction.The employer did not stick to his contractual obligation.

Please advise and help.

This is urgent please

Hi since submitted my martenity forms at labour department in rustenburg on the 09/03/2015 and till to date i havent recieved a single cent,and i m going back to work on the 1st of June, i tried calling thier head office in Mafikeng to ask what was the delay apparently they can't seem to find my ui19 which i submitted with the forms in March,so wen i went back to the agent who assisted me she told me i was on the waiting list apparent she sent the documents on April the 16 whilst i submitted on the 9th. When i askes her about thw ui19 she said she is waiting for it to appear on the system, i seriously cannot understand why our monies is taking forever to pay but when its been deducted on our payslip is very quick. Please follow up on my quiery as i am left with one week until i go back to work.
