UI19 Form Submitted March 2020 due to retrenchment and still no payment or correspondence!!!

UI19 Form Submitted March 2020 due to retrenchment and still no payment or correspondence!!!

The last communication online states that 27/03/2020 the claim was completed by the assessor, it's now 14 September 2020 and I've been out of work from end March 2020 due to retrenchment. I've emailed every contact email I can possibly find, phoned every number I can possibly find only to have it just ring continuously or cut me off.

I've eventually contacted the DA for some help and actually got an email address which was responded to and I was given a CASE NO. 3000 419 7652

I've paid UIF for 7 years now and at the time that I need it the most, I have to fight for my own money.

PLEASE PLEASE somebody sort this out.
