Not paying my settlement amount

Although my previous employer paid the settling amount to Legal Law Assist on the 9th March 2018, I have been getting the runaround from them since then. No payment to me has yet been done. For the past week they are not answering their phones, and the Cape Town number (according to their one website; the other website is off-line) is not working anymore.

Can someone help me? In the meantime, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!
