On the 06/06/2016 I applied for maternity uif and submitted ID,BIRTH CERTIFICATE,DOCTORS YELLOW FORM,UI 2.7 & UI19. And they gave me a form say I must come to sign on 18/07/2016, and later on the 06th I received the message says they received my application and my claim will be assessed in 35days and when I went back to labour ladysmith on the 18th as stated in the form for signing the lady who helped me said THERE'S NO CLAIM FOR ME and then she checked the other system and told me I have to bring again the UI2.7 and luckily I had it at the time and she scanned it but up to today 01/08/2016 i haven't received even a cent..... Can anyone explains to me why?????this is torturing to have a small child and u r on unpaid leave and the Labour department delayed your money unnecessarily
