Query no feedback
My husband was dismissed end of Aug 2017, he applied for UIF in Sept 2017, docs was submitted. His first time he had to go and sign was 31 oct 2017. When he went to sign they said the UI19 form wasnt signed. We got it signed the same day and they said it will take 2 weeks to resolve the query. He went there after 2 weeks and no feedback, this was last week, they said he must come back 23Nov 2017. He went there today and they say there is no feedback they will have to send in another query which they can only post when they have 10 queries, which will only be tuesday?????? This is now month 2 that he has no money to pay his accounts and we are getting nowhere with this. He paid UIF for years and never claimed any money and now he needs some of his money to survive and we are getting nowhere. Plse assist. His id nr 681206 518 4089. LJ Blom. His cell nr 0727019282.
