Larry Hourd send me a certificate stating I was awarded money and I won. But he said you'd have to send them $12.99 to receive your winnings. Address from scam Larry Hourd at award notification commission P.O Box 2905.
Kansas City. KS 66110 this is a scam do not sent this person any money.
