Never again

Bought new washer, dryer, fridge, stove, dishwasher, couch 8 years ago with no problems other than delivery guy cut up my couch with a blade. They replaced with no problem.

1 week ago i bought the ge top load washer and dryer set.
Dryer showed hugely dented. They replaced the next day.
Thought my troubles were over.. Nope. Washer now having a seizure. Lights flickering, buttons dont workl.. Its a piece of crap. I call the store. They say call ge for warranty. Wtf? 4 loads and its already acting like this?
I tell them what i bought previously. Sorry but call ge.
1800 bucks and i might get refurbished parts at their digression. I just want to drive this hunk of junk and toss it through the window there.
I can see with the purchased 5 year warranty. These guys will be here weekly replacing the junk it was built with.
Never again bad boys..
You might have got almost 20,000 out of me in the past, but because of your "all sales final crap" you screwed ne with, you wont get one nickle more in the future.
I was planning on going all stainless steel and buying your magnetic stove in a few weeks too.
Home depot or lowes will get it now.
Say bye bye to 10 grand you worthless business.
I own a business too here and believe me. Ill be telling all my clients about this. Chow.

Buyer beware!

A few weeks ago I purchased a washer / dryer from the London store. Everything seemed to go fine, my sister was asking all the questions. (Thank god she was with me)
I did the 90 day layaway. Told them from the beginning I wasn't sure on the delivery day, they were pushing for March 1/12. Needless to say I went in before March 1/12 to pay the items off and set up a delivery day. I was informed that delivery was set up for March 1/12 as I had requested...funny I never gave a delivery date, only because I had 90 days to pay it off and paid it off in a about a month. I looked at the lady and politely informed her that no date had been given for delivery, especially since I was working a 12hr shift that day. This is when she really started getting rude, basically demanding that I take delivery for the 1st. I didn't even have the keys for the place yet, not until the 2nd (locksmith troubles). Well delivery came on the 5th, the delivery guys superb. Never noticed that big dent in the top of the washer when it came in, none of us did, and there were 3 of us looking.
So I get on the phone the next day, guess what its not their problem, I signed off on it. Silly me, I didn't inspect with a microscope, I even showed the manager the dent in the washer on my phone. I had to go to the store to show them because the damn washer never came with HOSES. . Silly me...again. What would make me think to ask if the washer came with hoses?
Yes they neglected to tell me that, totally ignored the pics. Basically it was "have a nice day and don't let the door hit you on the way out."
new mantra...NEVER AGAIN, NEVER AGAIN, NEVER AGAIN

Buyer beware!

is there any way of forcing BadBoy to give me my deposit back on a dryer that was ordered February 17th (today is March 1st).
I ended up purchasing one from another place and it is already delivered and installed. I went to BB this morning and
asked to cancel the order and get my money back. I was told that was not an option. But they could give me a store credit.
I had to put 25% down and I really want my money back. Has anyone been successful at this. It just seems illegal to me that they can do this.

Buyer beware!

Buyer BEWARE!!!
I went into the Burlington store of "BAD BOYS", looking for a 3 pc set, sofa, chair, and love seat. I found a set that I liked and paid cash that same day. The chair was the only piece not in stock, and it would be 2-3 weeks to get the chair in. I went back 3 weeks later and found that the set I choose would be too dark for the floors in my house, so I picked out another set that just happened to be on sale. This new set was $500 cheaper. After the transaction was done, I was then told I would not recieve any cash refund, but only would be allowed an in-store credit.
I paid cash for this.
So now to get my money back I have to buy something else from them, or let them have my money. I don't want anything else from their store. EVER!!!
Tell the world... BEWARE of Bad Boys.

Buyer beware!

London location, I'm not getting into all the crap we have put up with, let's just say $7000.00 aprox spent there, shit service b.s excuses and wish we had read up on complaints first!!! DO NOT BUY FROM BAD BOYS !!! I have never ever seen this type poor quality service and low brow behavior ever. I guess that low life company could care less cause people like me are to stupid to look up any complaints until after problems start.
