Lebara mobile company always take away my sim credits and it is annoying!
I have been keeping up lebara ,as lebara Mobile sim card user for over 3years now. The first few years its been okay, you are allowed to charge 5 pounds and used your credit till the end of the months, as much as you stick to calling only lebara to lebara, they would not tamper with your credits, and it can roll over to the next month,although you will need to top up your sim to start the next month. Recently, about a year now I have notice a big change with lebara company, and so is the staff. The credit is taking off at any rate, at any time they want either you it's the end of the month or not, without any reason. It is totally barbaric. The customer service people now become unbeatable and nasty, unbelievable rude. I think they've been trained to be like this so that customers would be afraid, or reluctant to approach them after their dubious acts. I cannot describe how fraustrating and disappointing I am with Labara lately. Now I notice that when they (lebara company) send you a text asking you to put a 10 pounds credit and get 2pounds free offer, know that between a couple of days your remained credit will be removed, either you have just topped up that day or few days prior to the notification text. I called lebara to lebara the morning while my remained credit was taken. And I am so fedup of them doing this, and I calling after them every now and then.
