Piteous Serivce

I am a Platinum member of Legal Wise and have nothing good to say about Legal Wise

I am dealing with lawyer consultants whom are extremely non productive and does not do what they are being paid for. I am the defendant in a legal battle with a very unscrupulous business and my legal team are totally non existent in this matter. The legal team on the plaintiff's side explains that they were never aware that I have lawyers that will defend me in this matter. It was with great shock that I learned that my lawyers have not contacted the plaintiff at all!! My emails to my lawyers are being answered in a very matter of fact way.

I am not being serviced as a client and they are incompetent. They speak about interpretations of the law yet they have no reference to actual case law or legislation. This is a contract case and is dealt with through case law.

No action has taken place in my defense to a case that should be sorted out easily as they have been given ALL the relevant documents. Disgusted.

unfair careness

I am very angry about the way legal wise treated me,I went straight to the legal wise at randburg square to cancell my insurance but I was shocked that they still deducting my money from my bank,I even tried to contact the call center,even the person I spoke to was very unpredictable and doesn't have time time for me to explain what went on I'm so angry.0743421619

Appallaing

Good Day Setumo/Reshmas (Rangburg Branch)

To my great disappointment yet again, I haven't receive any feedback from Legal-wise. Not only did you (Setumo) waste a whole month with no activity in my case, claiming you never receive the email that was sent on the 21st Sept, I still gave you the benefit of the doubt when we spoke to Reshma on the 11th Oct. You (Reshma) assured me feedback in 3 weeks (which I wasn't keen about), but here we are again, no feedback whatsoever from anyone at legal wise. This has to be the most appalling service ever. This has me questioning everyone's competency and credibility at the Randburg office.


@Mervyn: This matter requires your urgent intervention as the branch manager, I dealt with you once on this matter before and nothing was done. No one seem to care at all in you office, the receptionist refused to even give me your email address, told me straight-out "you do not engage with clients/members". My question than is, what is the role of a branch manager? what kind of an institution is this ? I am deeply, deeply troubled by her statement.
