I went to Randburg branch to request help with debt review last year October 2016 and legal wise debt review department approved it in December 2016 but my legal advisor never told me or sms or email me about it.And I received sms from debt review department with the contact details and I decide to contact them to find out about my claim.Debt review deprtment told me that my claim was cancelled due to non payment this year in march 2017.I go to Randburg branch to consult my legal advisor to find out what is going on.I was so surprise when see him because he never told me about approval of my claim he just sit with my file do nothing when I supposed to make payment with the reduce figue from debt review department and he promise to contact them to retify his mistake and contact after two days but I got two weeks not receiving phone call from my legal advisor.
