my son used my debit card to purchase medical insurance. upon asking him questions, i realized he had been given conflicting info. regarding the coverage they deceived him into purchasing. i told him to call them back and cancel the insurance and get a refund for the "down payment" of $294,04. He did this within 30 minutes of purchasing the insurance. They told him they would cancel the insurance and refund my acct. within 2 weeks. it's been 1 day short of 3 weeks and my acct. has NOT been credited. I called them yesterday and was passes around to the billing depart, the claims depart and some "general" depart. NO ONE would give me a straight answer on WHY my acct had not been credited back the money since they all told me that the insurance had been cancelled. this company is dishonest...gave my son False information about the insurance he was purchasing....very DECEIVING!!!! FRAUDS!!!!
