TERRIBLE SERVISE AND QUALITY
Good Morning,
I have just gotten off the phone with Edgars customer care as Legit is a part of Edgars.
However i am dissatisfied as i have an account with Edgars and love the clothing but when it comes down to taking a little bit of criticism from a customer Egars staff member do not know the correct way in handling a situation.
During December 2012 holidays my mother had bought me a pair of shoes from Legit for R200.00 which for that price i think i deserve better quality than what i have received.
i have worn this pair of shoes twice and already they are breaking!!!
And as it was a gift i do not have the slip, i am well aware of the policy that there is no returns without a slip, however as it is not my fault and i was given a poor quality of shoes i think something should be done, i don't have an Woolworth's account etc as i like Edgars but if this matter is not at least looked at for me unfortunately i shall take matters further.
I am aware it is only R200-00 but it is the principle behind the matter.
