I've had glasses for 43 years. All these years they lasted forever--until I decided to get a new prescription (some are 20 years old and still good). Except the one pair that I bought for LensCrafters. They are the most expensive glasses that I have even bought and lasted 2 years before the coatings started peeling. I took the glasses to my doctor and he confirmed that the glasses were poorly made. LensCrafters--stay away.
