Former employer never registered me as a UIF payer or rather they never paid the monies over that they had deducted since i started my employ with them...He refused to give me the completed UI 19 Document and now I can see why...they never paid our UIF money over to the Fund. I was released from their employ on the 7th November 2016 and have not even received my retrenchment package to date.Their pay offices is in East London and my documents was couriered from the Mthatha UIF offices to the East London offices. To date I have not received any notification that this case is being investigated or what the progress is regarding my UIF claim.
