Unauthorized transactions

I have been having making unauthorized payments to Level Ad Insurance through direct billing from my checking account for an unknown length of time (possibly many years). I have no documentation on what this entity is and wish to terminate the account and payments immediately.

level Ad payment

I am paying $20 each month from 2001 through BOA account, I called BOA couple days ago and was told that I can write a complaint statement and mail it to the company. I want to stop the payment, BOA wanted to charge me $30 and left no company information to me. how can I file a complaint without address? BOA and this company must be linked, should we file a lawsuit against to BOA? even it is a scam, BOA should let us know earlier.

AD Insurance offered Through B.O.A

I Purchased Accidental Life Insurance In Year 2000.. My Policy Was For 295.000.00 Of Accidental Life Insurance. I Have Paid 62.00 a Month For 19 Years .. I Have No Communication With This Insurance Company At All No Paperwork For Years... [email protected]

Leve AD Insurance and bank of America

I have had 40 dollars a month deducted for 11 years and just realised it was not authorised and in fact not the insurance I already had. Both the comapny and Bank of America refuse to acknowledge that my account was either hacked or shared without permission. Speking to AD Insurance they refused to give me transcript of the phone call or a statement of money paid. They also said I had given permission. Somehow they got my bank details. this is predatory insurance sales at its worst with Bank of A incollusion with the Insurance company which is linked to AIG

How to contact Level AD Insurance.

I have been paying $12 a month out o BofA or who knows how long! To Level AD Insurance.. I want to know how to contact this company about paperwork and info on my Life Ins BofA is no help and I can't find any info online. Can anyone help

I was checking my credit card statement today and just found I've been charged a monthly fee by an insurance company since May 2012. The displayed name of the company is NUF Ins NY (National Union Fire Insurance, in New York, I guess), phone# 877-841-9188. Somehow that was about the time my bank (BOA) informed me that some store was hacked with customers info stolen, mine was among them. So the BOA sent me a new card (I didn't know it until my old card was rejected several times upon making some purchases) while the BOA would not disclose to me which store was hacked. Then oddly, the NUF Ins charge continues on my new card (just found out). Don't know how they even obtain my new card info. The thing is I don't recall I ever purchased a fire insurance (my home insurance covers that), nor any other insurances either ,except those for car, home and health and some life ins from my credit union and TIAFF because I already use them financially. I just called up BOA. Their representative tried to forward my call to the NUF Ins. Guess what? The line is busy. She finally found another line (888-449-4544) to the company and was told the 877-841-9188 is under maintenance for another hour and I should not call back until at least an hour later. I'm most curious how the even attained my info in the 1st place. We'll see in an hour.

I talked to an repersenative on the phone and this person told me he was offering Accidental Death Insurance policies which I was not really interested in, so this person ask a couple of simple questions about age and also my spouse's age ( that's all!!!) and I told him and we agreeded on her sending me this example of the policy and I would go through it and give them my reply (if) I agreed on it, which I didn't. also it would have to be signed (if) I took the policy which also was not signed and not accepted. T he crazy part of this matter is how did they achieve my bank acct.# and routing # when this was not discussed, which only tell's that this is some sort of hacking no doubt in play!!

un-authorized transactions

The same thing is happening to me. I did not speak with anyone from AD Insurance. I have no paper work from AD insurance. Money is deducted on the 1st of each month for insurance. I was sure that I received this from my bank & had one month of accident insurance & I could cancel at anytime. Try getting in touch with them!!! 1-877-841-9188. They line is always busy. The bank say they are not affiliated with AD Insurance. The bank is putting a stop pay on this last withdrawal. If the name is not exact the stop pay will not work & AD Insurance can charge me a fee. How about this people??
