My husband bought a Black jeans from one of the Levi's Store at Great India Place mall, and during the first wash the colour fade and white lines appearing on the jeans, it cost around Rs. 2300 now if we are spending money on a product and if we are not able to use it what is the point buying such a costly product and that to from a branded stores. i took that jeans and showed it to one of the employee now they told me tht they will send it for qualty check i drycleaned it as well and i told them before the lines are still there, now the answer i got from them is tht because u get it drycleaned it happen . Now when i told them in the begining they still giving me the same answer whch is not acceptable. Buying a product frm such a reputed brand and later u regret tht why we have spend our money who dont even care aboout their customers. My husband is so disappointed now we have decided tht we will never buy anything from tht store. I have the customer claim no 10284, def code - 00531, Art No - 0044 Price 2299/-. bought from GIP Mall Noida.

I hope when they came to know they will take a necessary actiion.
