Blue enamel in oven coming off

Pieces of the blue enamel from a 1 year old oven falling into our food. You can take a wet paper towel and wipe the inside of the oven and it is covered in shinny small enamel pieces. Lg just plays games and does nothing about. This has been going on now for 8 weeks. Nothing has been accomplished. All they do is lie.
