i was a former student and i had been a federal help that was never giving to me on time as well i have health issues that do not allow me to pay trans world 10.00 a dollars a month this company has been harassing me for the last year and all i receive is food stamps and i cant pay them any more and every month instead of the balance going sown like it is suppose to it keeps going up i went from 1,120 to 1,486 dollars and i cant pay them that money i feel that it is unfair that i have to pay them all this money when i had federal Pell Grant and an approval from a federal organization that was able to help me pay for my school i wont be able to pay them anymore due to money issues as well as my health
