I did my all investment in LIC & having very much faith in LIc.But to my surprise this time when one of policy has to renew& i contacted to my agent Mr ARVINDSINGH HORA ,INDORE,PALIKA PLAZA OFFICE .He was very much keen only in commission not in renewal.He constantly forcing me to pay cheque only & has misguided so much.
So i feel LIC HAS TO SUSPEND HIM AS AN AGENT SO AT LEST NO OTHER WILL GET EXPLIOTED .
IF LIC IS NOT READY FOR IT THEN PPL SHOULD INVEST IN LIC OUR INVESTMENT IS FOR OUR FAMILY'S SECURITY NOT FOR FILLING AGENT'S POCKET......

I have paid LIC premium online which is debited on my account on 9/12/2015 against my policy no. 122637701 but could not get the payment receipt till now. I register myself with LIC portal and login there to get the receipt but not succeed. I think there is some technical error which is rectified at your end. SIR, I have enrolled my policies to lic portal, and using a correct id and password ,but i can't able to log in my account

I have deposited a cheque of amount Rs.5786 of the policy no. 330399143 but this amount is not being cleared from my bank account and its last date was 12th of march 2014.

Its been more than a fortnight since i raised below mentioned concern & i was given a timeframe of 3-4 days for getting this resolved.

With sheer disgust and with very liitle expectations i would like to inform you that problem still remains the same hence i am still not able to register policy on licindia portel.

By any means i simply fail to understand how come a policy is taking such an exorbitant amount of time to get updated in master database.

Please suggest a wayout or else guide me a process to surrender my policies aithout any hassle.

Dear Sir,

I had applied for the L.I.C. Term insurance policy in the month of January 2012. All the formalities have been completed and all the relevant documents including the medical report and salary slips had been provided at the same time and everything was found satisfactory. The proposal no is 8153.Please find the decision report as an attachment for the reference. As per the decision slip, after everything was found satisfactory. Even along with the salary slip, I had deposited the bank statement as well.
The amount for the policy was debited from my account in the month of January 2012. However still I have not received the policy.
As per the L.I.C. Agent, the approval has not been received in their branch and he has already contacted the Branch office for the same as well. As per branch office, it has been dispatched from their side on 20th January 2012.

Being a consumer of the L.I.C., I have been suffering the pain. Even after paying the premium, still I am not able to get the benefit of the policy in terms of Tax saving and others.

I had paid Premium of 2 policies, one is for me and 2nd one is of my wife but has not received any of the policy.

Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful so that I could get the policy and its benefits ASAP.
