I ordered a Free Trial Sample of Life Cell Ultra-Concentrated Clinical Skin Cream on 17th of July 2020 and paid $4.25 for the privilege.
I received the product from on the 22nd and used it for the first time that evening before bed.
And additionally, they have no scientific clinical studies to back any of their claims and I don’t see any dermatologist that are recommending usage.
After applying, I headed to bed. Within a half hour passing, my face was itching and I went to the mirror to assess the situation.
I had broken out in a fine rash all over my face and neck.
I immediately washed my face and administer Benadryl ointment to my skin and orally ingested Benadryl to cover my bases.
On the morning of 23rd, I contacted Life Cell to cancel my Trial Subscription and explain the circumstances.
I was told that I needed to return the tube of cream as soon as possible or that I would be charged $189 for 75 ml of a cream that I obviously could not use.
To add insult to injury, the return would be paid at my own expense, an additional $8.70, via United States Postal Service.
The Customer Service Representative of Life Cell informed me that if I hade taken the time to read the small print I would have known all of this information before I had placed the order, saving myself all of this work!
I was so taken back, I was nearly speechless.
I have contacted my credit card company to make sure that no additional charges can be made from this very shady company.
