Do not purchase anything from Light in the Box. I ordered my daughter a size 2 mini dress. After paying a ridiculous amount for speedy delivery (speedy for them was 3 weeks) the dress arrived and it is a size 2 on the top and about a size 8 on the bottom. Instead of coming above her knee, it is down to her calf. Not to mention the quality is terrible and it looks nothing like the picture on the website. Everyone I showed it to could not believe it was the same dress in the online picture. I should have known better for shopping at an online site that does not allow returns. Of course the site indicates partial refunds but, they are telling me now they will not allow me to return it. I will complain to as many websites as I can warning people not to shop here. I don't even think Good Will would want this dress.

The Customer Service on this site recently said this:

That's right, it is our primary concern to give our customers the quality product and customer service. Please send me the order number to feedback@lightinthebox.com for me to seek help for the necessary solution to the situation. Thank you for your patience.
