Stay away from lightning source. It's run by a bunch of dirty JEW BASTARDS who are arrogant and abusive. And the staff is incompetent. I'm so glad there are so many other options for publishing. The dirty kikes at Ingram need to realize their days as employees are numbered as a result of the way they have treated customers for years. Now we have a choice. No more Jewish Mafia controlling publishing.

Yes, I have been a client with LightningSource for over 10 years and have helped them make many thousands of dollars off of my titles. Yet they still treat me and all of my associates like crap. They will not answer a telephone call or an email, and when you manage to get ahold of one of them, they usually refuse to answer your question and make you call someone else in their company instead. They won't even transfer you, you have to make an additional phone call. You will probably even have to look the number up yourself. They are completely rude and bitchy to everyone who calls them. And you wouldn't need to call them if their website had the answers to your questions, but it doesn't. The fact that the previous poster here knows the names and personality defaults of 5 of their employees shows that he or she has been put through the same crap as I have. You have to call multiple people numerous times to get a snotty and incomplete answer to the simplest question, if you get any answer at all.
