Poor Service and Poor Equipment
I have experienced extreme frustration with Lincare as my oxygen provider; a service essential to my life and breath as it is to others. My experiences have been similar to many that I have read on this site. Lincare's terrible customer service and the inoperable equipment I have received from Lincare prompted me to send written letters of complaint to the following addresses. It took a long time on the phone with Medicare to get an address so I am sharing it. Perhaps a flood of letters will prompt a Medicare investigation.
