being blown off zand disrespected repeatedly
I have been dealing with this company for several years and it gets worse and worse. after reviewing the complaints I am not surprised to hear because I am going through basically the same thing it is absolutely awful the way I feel I am being treated I can never call there and get a straight answer from anyone the calls are always the same constantly being blown off wait time to talk to someone is always the same 20-25 minutes just to get someone who cant answer my questions. who runs this place do they even enjoy what they do. it appears they have absolutely no compassion for their clients or their needs. this company provides some very important life saving equipment and it takes months after my initial call to get results. I am sorry but this place needs to be investigated and overhauled or better yet have their license revoked for being so uncaring and unsympathetic toward their clients needs. I am so disgusted with the way I am treated that I am looking for another pulmonologist just so I don't have to deal with these heartless uncaring people ever again. every three months its the same thing. when I finally get results is when a nurse has to call and request my supplies but I have to go in and pay a copay to have my machine info downloaded then I have to pay a copay for the supplies that is when I get results the manager calls and states oh you don't have to go through them just call and request the supplies you need only for the vicious fight to start all over again for another six months. My last conversation was the last straw besides the wait time this person got on the phone no compassion whatsoever I was told oh your paperwork was downloaded, what exactly does that mean oh I cant see what's in it so let me speak to a manager sorry that manager is not available let me transfers you to another manager only to be told that manager is not available either. this person never asked what the issue was what supplies I needed. I always feel like they are lying and there is something they are not telling me I have had enough I'm not dealing with this company anymore.
