My name is Jessica Wimp and at the time of my fitting at then lincare in New Albany Indiana they didn’t have the proper size mask I needed and the tubing they gave me had four holes in it I replace the tubing on my own over the Internet but now I need my mask refit it because it’s making sores on my face and blowing air into my eyes also the headgear doesn’t fit properly it’s because they only had one size, they were out of all the rest that’s not my problem that should be their problem and it’s not appreciated that they won’t take care of the business properly they tell me I had 30 days to exchange these improper fitting things but you can’t go into their office if you don’t have an appointment and when I tried calling several times I always got an answering service and I never got a return call. On the 30th day I finally got to speak with a person in the office and they told me it was too late I’d have to pay out-of-pocket that my insurance won’t cover it for six months this is no way to conduct business and I will give everybody I know the information about this office so that they can choose someplace better
