Credit card unauthorized charges

Dear sir/ madam,

Can you please check on your system because there is fb ads charges has been charged to my credit card without my consent (the funny part is you charge to both of my cc and one of them i havent even used at all). Can you refund my credit card back , i cannot afford to have all this Freud as I live from pay check to pay check and I hv 2 kids that needed that money more than this unauthorized charges. Please help!
