I ordered the Wall-Mounted Dining , Multi-Function Folding , Retractable Shelves Deformable Multi-Layer Bookshelf Mat × 1. I received an Email from Listefolu stating the item had been shipped. However, today is December 15, 2020 and I still have not received my order. I, however, did receive two Emails stating the item had been shipped and each Email has a different tracking #. I finally realized that the item was supposedly shipped via UPS. However, neither tracking # is found. It does not matter which site I use the tracking #s on they are not found. I thought that this was because I waited too long to check. Since I know the items are coming from a foreign country, I patiently awaited delivery. Still am waiting. I did purchase through PayPal and filed a claim. However, PayPal just informed me that the claim was denied because the Seller/Listefolu sent them proof of delivery. Okay, which delivery? I have two tracking #s and never received my order. This is the second time I order from Facebook and have gotten screwed by these foreign sellers. Unfortunately, I am at a loss as to what step to take next. Anyone have any advise out their is cyberland?

I saw their announcement on FB concerning a "tableware from nature" which shows some photos and even a video of a small machine which converts food wastes into fertilizers.
I got attracted with their beautiful presentation and the price as it was "discounted". Stupid I was, I even bought 2 to take advantage of the free delivery.

The delivery was great as it only took like more than a week to receive.
Much to my surprise, I received 2 saucers instead of the 2 small machines that I ordered. I thought they just only send me the saucers as a perk or it was just a part of the machine but the vendor [email protected] replied to me that I MUST read carefully the annoucement because she was claiming that she just sent the literal product indicated on the annoucement.
Oh so the trash-like plastic saucers costs 19dollars now ah ?!
Later on she replied that there was indeed a problem

Luckily I paid via PayPal and they helped me escalate the problem, apart from my direct complain with the vendor.
The only catch is I have to send them back the item and It will be me who will shoulder the cost of delivery.

Be careful next time you see product announcements from this site.
They do not tell the real product; they HIDE on the announcement. They only highlight the thing which will attract the consumers.
