can't submit a request because their site has a glitch and no other way to contact them

item i received was damaged. i opened a case to try get my 560,000 credits back (equal to aprox $20). mediator asked to open a request. here is the mediator's message. you can try following the steps and see the "reason for contacting us" drop menu doesn't exist and can't submit the claim:

It's important to ensure that I get them ASAP. Please be sure to:
a) Create a ticket using a computer or laptop (the mobile platform does not currently support this feature).
b) Select "Account help" -> "More" -> "Other" from the ticket's "Reason for your contact" drop-down menu.
c) Include my name in the Subject field as well as a link to this listing in the ticket so that I can be sure to find it quickly. Once you have submitted the ticket, please reply back here in this dispute with the new ticket number.

i tried contacting the mediator, letting him know there is a problem on the site but after 3 days he is still not answering my message. he gave me this 3 days to submit the pictures of the damage. but since there is no drop menu, the page won't let me submit anything without that specific piece of info. so it seems i will be out of the 560,000 credits ($20) and having to throw the item in the trash.
please advice what to do since there is no pone number to call them or other form of contact,

Bad sellers dont have item but claim they can't send to banned people. very dishonest. people should not use this site.

Most people use listia, suddenly got suspended. when they win item from any seller, it's certain and normal that they would try find that seller by their unbanned listia friends. right?

sellers replied that because the winner person is suspended, even if they give verified address to them, sellers can only relist the item, sellers can DO NOTHING, even when the suspended give address before they got suspended. what kind of fraud? huh?

we think, give item to others should be from heart, should be you must be willing, not because, OH I GIVE THAT ITEM THEN MY LISTIA PROFILE CAN HAVE A POSITIVE FEEDBACK I WILL GET BETTER REMARKS. this is not really "willing to give free items"

give free items must be 100% from your own heart not because "oh I give people in listia, they would type me good person" this is fake heart.

a lot of sellers give items to desire good remarks from buyers. that is why banned member they said they dont have to give items

but when we write to better business bureau and listia staff, they really care our cases that sellers not send our won items because we are banned.

we reported many sellers who said that banned listia members have no chance to get the item because the banned can't give positive feedback to the sellers to increase the influency of seller (seller profile would have more significance if one more positive NICE, THANK YOU, GREAT SELLER) so sellers decide not to send to banned members.

but when we reported them to listia, listia said, JUST ASK THE WINNER OF THAT AUCTION TO REPORT THEM WE WOULD STILL CARE EVEN IF THE WINNER IS SUSPENDED LISTIA MEMBER. WE DONT UNCARE.

what can we speak there :grin

this site, is really very horrible

people dont give item by heart, they only want you write that they are honest, after you got their items

there is a cost to get any listia item

"it's a money world"

most naive people would really think that listia people are kind and nice to give items by heart, but they force peopel to write positive feedback after they got the items.

to write good feedback must be you not force people, people write, then it's 100% true feedback. if sellers force buyers to give them good feedback by force, if you dont give I would not send you again. this kind of seller

people must really think if this site people are really very honest or very nice. when they send you item to force you to give them positive feedback by so rude force on you
