I went on the Little Fashions Boutique website which is littlefashionsboutique.com. An item was listed for 39.99. I placed three of these items in my shopping cart. The total should have been $119.97 before tax and shipping. I was surprised to see that total actually showed $131.97 before tax and shipping. So, I called the store around 5 times over the next several days. I left messages about the issue, was completely ignored and never received a call back. I am not sure what is going on here but I feel it is wrong to advertise a product at one price and then actually charge I higher price for it. Plus, never responding seems suspect to me.

I am beyond appalled by their particular brand of "customer service."

When I called this shop, the woman who answered, Olga - who is supposedly the owner - treated me as if I was stupid, uneducated and not worthy of speaking to her. All I was inquiring about was the size parameters of a certain dress that the store carries. It seemed - from my point of view - as if this lady took joy in trying to berate me for not knowing about children's sizing.

I'm sorry that I am unfamiliar with children's clothing sizes however I really wish that I had never called Little Fashions Boutique in the first place so that I could have avoided being abused by this establishment and its alleged owner.

i ordered three outfits from the little fashions boutique website. i never received my order. i emailed three times and called the phone number around 15 times and never got an answer. no one ever wrote back to me but they charged my credit card. i am so angry! this place took my money and ran.

The lady owning this shop and who runs this website is a disgrace and is downright awful to customers. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Thank you for posting this information about Little Fashions Boutique. They do not list their address, nor their return address, on their website, which seems very sketchy, at best. I had a problem with this website, also. As you listed, the contact person who is, I think, the owner, Olga Zurek, was an absolute HORROR to deal with! A completely hellacious experience all around trying to get a client's money back from this entity. Little Fashions Boutique is not worth an second of time nor a cent of money to try to do business with...
