We signed a contract on November 12, 2022 with Angelo Crincolli of Living Waters Landscapes of NJ to remove and replace our existing concrete sidewalks, remove and replace our asphalt driveway, and remove and replace our rear stairway. In December of 2022 they ripped up our sidewalks, throwing all the gravel on the side of our house, killing our lawn there. Then for the next 3 months they did nothing. We had a taped off area with no sidewalks. Finally in March they returned to finish that task. On April 3, 2023 they began to rip up the driveway and, after some prodding, we got them to take out the rear stairs and put in new stairs (finished on April 8th) but instead of cleaning up all of the debris from the driveway and the stairs, they made a pile in our backyard portion of the driveway. Since then they have not done anything except keep making promises and then breaking them. Today we were told by Angelo to find a new contractor.
