My name is Richard. I was asked on local nets website to provide card information. After doing so I found out that I could not receive their services. I filled out a cancellation after contacting customer service. I told the lady on the phone about what had happened and I asked her to not charge the card. She told me I would need to submit in writing a cancelation request. I did just that and yet again I told them please do not charge the card as I could not receive services. No since of me paying for services that are not available to me.
They charged me anyway. This morning when I called and asked to speak to a manager the lady told me it was not necessary that I am paying a month for the services that I could be using. Yet again I told her I had checked several times and even tech support told me that I was not capable of receiving services from them. The lady then told me that a refund is to be sent out I wouldn't get it until February or march 2017. I asked to speak to a manager and she hung up on me. This is a scam I am notifying local law enforcement and DO NOT USE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY! THESE SUCKERS ARE THIEVES AND THERE IS NO HONOR AMONG THIEVES!
