We signed on to promote our business and have yet to be paid for any vouchers we have redeemed. There are some vouchers that we cannot redeem because they are missing or have invalid pin numbers. We severed ties with this company and unfortunately for our customers we have stopped taking any outstanding vouchers because we are not being paid by loclly as they promised when we signed on. I cannot get anyone to email me back and have located a number and called several times leaving a voicemail and no one returns my calls. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. IT'S A SCAM!!!!!

Purchased house cleaning through Loclly. Called company and scheduled time for Friday, April 25 in the morning and no one showed up. Called phone number--no answer. Went on web site and found it has been removed. We have been scammed and how do I get money back? My order ID is: PoppUpp by Loclly: 11023964. Wait until I put this on my Facebook and Twitter page.

They advertised Target Gift Cards - Purchase price $10.00 - Valued @ $25.00. I recieved an email that stated there was a delay due to weather issues. My cards would be sent via mail within the week. I have followed up multiple times. Now they are saying these vouchers would have been sent by Target direct. I checked with Target - They don't have any knowledge of this transacation. I contacted Loclly again and their response was they must have gone into your spam folder. The email address I used does not have a spam filter on it. No spam folder. They stated they were going to be mailed. I contacted customer service several times - Nothing - Notta - No Voucher. This company is a SCAM. BE VERY CAREFUL. If you used a credit card you can dispute the charges through your credit card company.

BAM - I was taken once but not twice - Hopefully people will check out this company before making any further purchases.

I spent over 150.00 with loclly and cannot use any of the products because I don't have vouchers. The purchases do not show up in my wallet where they say to look for it. I have tried countless times and left many messages and sent emails and no response. This is a big rip of. Do not buy from them. They got my money and I got nothing.

In fact, Loclly has been in business for 1.5 years now, was started by a merchant, was founded with the mission of serving merchants better than national deal sites, and has a 99% Merchant Satisfaction rating among HUNDREDS of merchants in North Atlanta, Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Midtown, etc.

NATIONAL daily deal sites are, in fact, disastrous for small businesses - so I wouldn't pay attention to the advice offered above.

Loclly.com is a group discount buying website. We signed up with them to promote our salon and spa buy offering services at a discount of 20% to 70%. Our complaint is two-fold:

1. Though customers go online and buy vouchers for our services from Loclly.com, they withhold the money until the customer actually comes in and presents the voucher. We have to manually input the voucher in a merchant area online before we can get paid on it. If the customer never comes in to redeem the voucher, Loclly.com keeps all the money! We never see a dime even though it's our service that got the customer to buy the voucher in the first place.

2. We fulfilled our end of the bargain by honoring vouchers as they came in and providing the service. Once we enter the voucher number online for redemption we are supposed to be paid within 10 days. Sometimes it took over two months to get paid and we still haven't received all our money. Also, sometimes the voucher presented by the customer isn't even in their system so we can't even redeem it. When we email customer service (they don't have a number we can call and our rep quit shortly after selling us on the service), they give us some lip service about fixing the problem but never do.

We have asked to removed from their directory and have written off the money lost by using them. We recommend going with other group buying services that are national in scope and have been in business for at least two years. This company hasn't seemed to work out the kinks.
