Completely Dishonest in his sales pitch to try to get us to use his services. He is a complete flake and then blamed my husband I and I for not getting documentation to him. He does not return phone calls same day or even same week. Eventually we had to use someone else to get our transaction done. I would not recommend Louis in any way. He makes things up as he goes along and is useless.
