I visited the Long John Silvers store #31247 located at 2117 NW. Topeka Boulevard, Topeka Ks. When arriving at the drive thru there were no cars waiting ahead of me and only three cars in the parking lot. It took the attendent approx. 10 minutes to take my order. Finally after ordering I paid for my food and waited another 30 minutes for my food. Finally I asked the attendent for my money back, explaining that I have been at this location for 40 minitues now and 30 of them have been at the window waiting for my food. I stated this was unacceptable and asked simply for my money back. THEY REFUSED. So I went inside of the store asked that the employee simply sign my reciept and state on it no food was served. Now I have to deal with management and try to get my money back. I will never give this store the chance to earn my business again.

So I then had to go to another Fast Food restraunt and recieved my food easily in less than 5 minutes. The point is I asked for nothing more than my money back. I did not ask for free food or anything else. I just figured enough was enough. Give me my money back and I'm gone.

Went to Long John Silvers tonight in Belton, Missouri and spent almost $40 for dinner at the drive thru and ended up with overcooked and grease soaked food. Only items worth eating were the fries and the hush puppies. The fish, chicken and onion rings were horrible and on the edge of being burnt. Makes one wonder if it wasn't cooked hours earlier then deep fried again in an attempt to appear they were just cooked. No more LJS I'm done.
