unauthorized debit on my card

I did not authorize a $2.19 debit from my debit card from this site on July 4th 2018, I want the money refunded. Card ending in 2242. Was debited by paylvt.com

Taking money illegally

These people are taking money without my consent.I'm tired of these ripoff sites doing anything they want and not one person will do anything about it.
