I ordered shoes and the money was reserved. They came back a few days later to say that they no longer had supply of the shoes. They offered me alternatives but I declined. They then told me they would deduct 10% (can you believe for their inability to supply). I declined and told them that I expected my money back in total. They came back saying that I was in fact very clever and that they could not retain this money. In the meantime the money was in fact deducted in full - this should never happen. If it is reserved one can still cancel. They have for the last month promised that the money will be refunded. Today I asked for proof and they refuse to comply saying that they have done it and that is all I need to know. DON'T Buy from these chinese cheats. Trade under name of WENLONG BUILD and masquerade as being powered by ASH SHOES which is a reputable company.
