I purchased a Samsung microwave on February 27, 2019 at the Salina, Ks Lowe’s store. I had them hold all appliances which was refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave as we were remodeling our kitchen. I ended up picking up the microwave in late March because I moved the microwave and Lowe’s clerk said they don’t install if not eplacimg as I would need to hire an electrician which I did. He installed the microwave while I was gone and when I came home I noticed the scratches. He said they were already on it. I contacted Samsung and they said the warranty only covers if microwave doesn’t work. So I called the Salina Lowe’s store and Patrick Andreason said he would see what they could do. He offered a touch up kit possibly. I have called several times and left messages for Patrick and he has not returned. I’m ready to contact the Attorney Generals office but wanted to give Lowe’s one last time to do something to make me a happy customer. It’s not just 1 small scratch it is several.
