My wife brought in her car (several times) because of a low tire pressure indicator. After being charged each time, and told that the tires were fine, they said they needed to replace the tire. In the meantime, her Air Bag Sensor Light had come on, as well as the low pressure indicator and one running light was not working. They told her that the car needed a new Air Bag Sensor and replaced it. Two days later, the light was back on. They said now there was corroded wiring that was still continuing to keep the light on and would need an additional shop charge.
So, after over $1000 in service charges they were able to get the lights off. She did agree to a new tire.
I believe Luther Brookdale takes advantage of women and continually misdiagnoses the issues causing women to repeatedly come in and they can charge them additional service charges.
Needless to say, we will not be going back to Luther Brookdale, and doubtful that we will ever be buying another Chev/Buick/GMC vehicle.
