Replacement mobile not delivered as per committed schedule
Hi there,
I am supposed to have my replacement S10+ Samsung mobile phone delivered to my home on Monday, 19 Oct between 8-12noon. However despite waiting the whole day, the phone wasn't delivered.
Since Monday, I have been trying to get in touch with M1 FoneCare thru below means but to no avail.
1) Online system - keep receiving "unable to process request due to technical issue" message
2) Email - 1st email sent out on 19 Oct, cited server is undergoing maintenance
3) Phone - service team not available in office due to COVID
I need a prompt response on this, as I need my phone urgent for work/personnel purposes.
I am currently using a temporary mobile.
